Dont think that

Dont think that it is something of an evil thing to get angry because anger is normal. Anger is considered evil when it gives birth to other worse and negative actions and behaviors. It isnt possible that you wont get angry at all but the best thing will be to learn how to effectively control it so that it doesnt wreak havoc on people around you. Dont labor under the misconception that you can hide your anger well because it inevitably shows in one way or another. Anger can be reflected in the tone of your voice or in your attitude. Bottled up anger needs to be pulled out from under the bed and dealt with if you want to be free of it. You may not really believe that your anger affects people around you until you ask. It really wouldnt do much for your self esteem if you walk into a room and people scurry away like frightened rats because of your tendency to get angry all the time. Blaming other people for your anger problems is simply an indication that you are living in denial to the fact that you do have one. When you blame someone else for getting angry, it does not help to cool you down. Blame placing only ends up infuriating you all the more. Anger management has been tagged as a psycho education program because of its educative and psychological qualities combined. Contrary to what most people think, anger management programs are not for mentally unbalanced people. In reality, only people who are bold enough to face the fact that they have a problem with anger are qualified to attend an anger management program. The goal of every anger management expert is to identify the basis of a persons anger. Experts claim that at the heart of poor anger management is an unmet emotional need. Once an angry person is able to identify the need in his or her life that has been met, it makes it easier to solve the problem. A skilled anger management expert is supposed to be able to be sensitive and compassionate with his patients in order to get them to open up. Emotional intelligence is one of the requirements of an anger management expert.
